Why is it called Panera Bread?

Panera Bread is a one kind of bakery-café . It is an American based company or café. Nowadays it is available in U.S and Canada. Headquarters are in Sunset Hills. Panera is a fast food industry. The name “Panera” means "bread basket" in Latin Language. St. Louis Bread was founded by Ken Rosenthal in 1987 when he opened the first location in Kirkwood, Missouri. After that in 1997 company name was changed into Panera. This company do the  Panera bread customer survey for good result. The root meaning of Panera Bread is made-up name combining the Italian words pane (bread) and era (time)—time of bread. Another meaning of Panera in Spanish & in Mexico is bread basket or bread bowl respectively. Number of items is offered by this bakery-café.
